Refund policy
If you change your mind about the program, you may request a full refund on any unopened, unused boxes of products.
As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. To receive a refund, any returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund or exchange
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must call 1-866-451-9265 and request a 'Return Authorization Number' as well as specific instructions on how to return the products.
If you return products, be sure your customer order number is clearly marked on the outside of the returned package for proper processing. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the return to be processed.
