Medifast auto-ship program

Called the "BeSlim Club" this is a great option if you know you'll
be on the Medifast plan for several months. Here's how it works:

When you join the "BeSlim Club," you receive a progressive
discount plus your order is automatically shipped to you each
month. The discounts work like this:

Months 1-3 = receive 5% discount
Months 4-6 = receive 8% discount
Months 7+ = receive 12% discount

You also receive two free weeks of food. It's divided into
5 free boxes with each of your first two orders. (You don't
get to select the flavors on these free ones- but they send
boxes of some of the most popular ones.

Note: to qualify for the free boxes of Medifast, your first two
orders must each be for $250 or more.

To enroll in the BeSlim Club, all you need to do is select
"Yes, I want to joint the BeSlim Club" on the check out page.

Once you place the order, your credit card information is
stored and used each month to process your Be Slim order.

Auto-Ship Program Options

Want different products?
You can change your order from month to month as long as you
contact Take Shape for Life at least 5 days before your order is
due to be shipped.

Taking a break?
You are allowed to skip one monthly BeSlim Club order shipment
without losing your discount. Be sure to call and cancel your
