Do I need to see my doctor?If you have diabetes, high blood pressure or other significant
medical issues, we strongly recommend that you see your physician
before you begin the program, then do follow-up visits based on your
doctor’s advice.
What happens when I’m ready to go off the plan?When you reach your goal or decide to stop the program, you transition off
the plan by gradually adding back regular food while slowly decreasing the
number of nutritional packets.
Doing a careful transition protects you from experiencing a “rebound”
weight gain from increasing your calorie intake too quickly. It also gives
